Don’t give up on yourself its ok to have cheat days but don’t cheat yourself all the way. Staying healthy is very important so braking old habits is necessary. Doing it alone can be tricky so practice self-motivation. Also surround yourself around people that care about your health as much as you do. When you know you have a support system of friends and family to help u along the way it builds confidence. Then you want cheat yourself... (this).Oh I’ll have a cookie... (will turn to this)...that’s okay i'll have peanut butter and celery sticks instead.
