Don’t give up on yourself its ok to have cheat days but don’t cheat yourself all the way. Staying healthy is very important so braking old habits is necessary. Doing it alone can be tricky so practice self-motivation. Also surround yourself around people that care about your health as much as you do. When you know you have a support system of friends and family to help u along the way it builds confidence. Then you want cheat yourself... (this).Oh I’ll have a cookie... (will turn to this)...that’s okay i'll have peanut butter and celery sticks instead.

My Quote your Life
Sometimes we ask the Lord to forgive us many times or we'll say "I’ll start
living right tomorrow." Or you lose weight and become healthy, but lose your
motivation and the weight comes back as well as the bad habits. "Well I’ll start over
tomorrow!" But what if tomorrow never comes? What if you were given your last opportunity
to do something today? It’s okay to start over until you get right, but make it
count and give it your all now...... because tomorrow is not promised!!!!!!
